Cannot Access E-Book!!!!!

Not being able to access the e-Book, means that I have to learn how to make the XHTML website by reading chapter 9 of the text book.  While sometimes it's useful, it lacks direction on some basic elements, such as how to double space...I'm not very happy, but I'm getting the page done slowly!
